JADES-PA

Created for a limited-edition POSCA makeup collection, JADES-PA imagines a science-fiction universe where sensuality and extraterrestrial mythology coexist. Inspired by the words “Spaceship” and “Romanticism”, the project introduces the Jadians, an ancient civilization forced to hide among humans by adopting their appearance. Their existence depends on the "Mark of Jades", a mysterious fluid that powers both their bodies and their technology. Serving Arcturus, the dying star and emperor of the Jadians, Xiomy travels across galaxies in search of fertile planets capable of sustaining his life. During one of these missions, she crashes on Earth, releasing the Mark of Jades and revealing the hidden presence of the Jadians among humanity. This narrative became the foundation of the collection and its slogan: Reveal Your True Self. The artistic direction translates this duality through sensual poses, distinct color palettes and flowing textures that symbolize the coexistence of two identities. While every character reveals traces of their true Jadian nature, Xiomy, portrayed by the central figure, appears exclusively in her extraterrestrial form, reinforcing the origin of the Mark of Jades.
